A new multi-unit development, Crown Tower, is being proposed at 392 Portland Street, Dartmouth. The development is proposed in accordance with HRM’s Regional Centre Land Use By-law Regulations. The proposal is for a 6-story multi-unit residential development containing 41 dwelling units, 12 underground vehicle parking stalls and 21 bike parking stalls.
