The Truro Mall redevelopment (178 units) is one of the first of its kind in Atlantic Canada. This project replaces vacant big-box retail space with residential units to support the existing leased commercial spaces for decades to come! zzap developed a conceptual master plan for the redevelopment and provided planning administration services for the municipal approval of the project.
