ZZap was successful in developing a concept plan for a 2,200-unit master planned community for our client in East Hants, Nova Scotia as well the successful administration of land use planning amendment requests. This project involved applying to the municipality to amend the Municipal Planning Strategy and Land Use Bylaw to permit this development application.
