The Promenade Development represents a commitment to the past, combined with a vision for future growth. This project restores seven and relocates two heritage buildings, making a major contribution to the Historic Carlton Street streetscape, all while introducing approximately 750 new residential units and vibrant commercial spaces. Positioned next to a key growth hub, the design weaves a network of pedestrian connections throughout the site, creating a true urban promenade.
